Trustmark Life Insurance Products
Trustmark Voluntary Benefit Solutions offers three different life insurance products:
How does it work? With voluntary life insurance, benefits can be paid as a Death Benefit, as Living Benefits, or as a combination of both. Many use it for the Death Benefit, as it puts money in their family’s hands quickly when they need it most.
Universal Life is the traditional life insurance product, which offers a flexible premium, builds cash value and features level death benefits throughout the life of the product.
Universal LifeEvents® offers even more. LifeEvents is designed to match your needs throughout your lifetime. It pays a higher Death Benefit during working years when expenses are high and your family needs maximum protection. Then, at age 70 when financial needs are typically lower, the death benefit reduces to one-third*.
Guaranteed Universal Life comes with guaranteed level premiums, death benefits and cash values you can lock in for as long as you need it. Most policies also endow, which means they are payable in full if you live to be 100.
*Death benefit reduces to one-third at the latter of age 70 or the 15th policy anniversary. Issue age is 64 and under.
Why do you need it?
Take a moment, now, to think about life as you know it. Then ask yourself this: If something happens to you, what happens to your family?
- Will they be able to keep your home? When someone dies, family income may be significantly reduced.
- How much would your children’s lives change? Without you, how will their college dreams come true?
Benefits may vary by state, may not be available, or may be named differently. Please refer to the policy/certificate for exact terms, conditions, exclusions, limitations and reductions.
