Fourth Quarter Service Report Cards Now Available

Trustmark publishes a quarterly Service Report Card for producers and employers to measure our performance in key areas and support our reputation as a voluntary carrier responsive to customer needs.

The Service Report Card reinforces our commitment to service by demonstrating how Trustmark leads the industry in meeting the service goals that are important to our customers. If there is even a hint of concern that a result may be slipping, Trustmark's management team will enact immediate measures to correct the situation.
